Kamali’i Foster Family Agency also doing business as Kamali’i Counseling Center provides the full array of Early, Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) services to full scope Medi-Cal eligible individuals from 0 up to 25 years of age who are identified by Kamali’i Counseling Center or referred by Riverside University Health System – Behavioral Health (RUHS-BH). Clients must reside in Kamali’i Foster Family Agency’s operated resource family homes or Transitional Housing Placement Program (THPP) within Riverside County or reside in the Mid-County Region if referred by RUHS-BH Assessment and Consultation Team (ACT) or Children’s Authorization Service Team (CAST).
